I assume the T45 uses the same oil as the T5 which is 2.75 quarts of DEX III Automatic Tranny fluid.

For fuel filter.... I get the autozone brand because its cheapest.


For oil, I don't believe in senthetic... pick a brand and stick with it. I've heard too many bad things about FRAM filters, so I only use Motorsport filters.
