They are fitting a 90mm MAF into my Densecharger and Byron Reynolds is going to tune it tomorrow. I am pretty stoked. I don't really expect to see any gains from the MAF, but I will already have it when I supercharge. I will post my dyno sheet when I get it back tomorrow.

Well, stock I had 231, so I hope a little more than that. Now I have x-pipe and catback and they are going to advance the spark a bit so I hope around 250. And I want 300 torque! We'll see. I am going over there this afternoon. I'll scan the dyno sheet in when I get home.

I made 250hp and 290tq at the wheels with just 70MM throttle body, chip, exuast, and underdrives so you should be close if not there.

Jok3r, where did you get the 90mm lightning Maf? New or used, and how much? Thanks.

I got it new. Joe Testa from Mustang Ranch ordered it for me. It was all part of my tune price. I think they are around 200-250 or so.

Hey jok3r, I see you need help on deciding what blower to run. The 2 you have to choose from is the exact 2 I was debating on. I was ready to order the Kenne Bell type when I saw an add for a Vortech for sale. The guy was hella cool, he told me to come over and we could go for a ride in his 89 GT W/12lbs of vortech boost. It was one of the fastest cars I ever been in. The other ironic thing is he had a Kenne Bell blower on his car before the Vortech. He could not get good power out of it, not even W/hours on the Dyno. He said it made too much under hood temp and that was a big part in the loss of power. He ended up giving the blower away. I hope that helps ya out W/your decision.

Jok3r, is the lightning Maf a bullit style or flanged? Plastic or metal? what color? Sorry for all the questions, I'm suffocating my blown combo with a 75mm MAF and need to get a bigger one. What does your mustang look like? I'm trying to find some neighborhood gear-heads,(had to install my supercharger by myself, doh!)My room-mate owns a motorcycle shop a few doors down from mustang ranch. Always some cool cars there. Apex always has some pimp shit too.
