Now if you add the orusg stuff, pulies and cold air and exhaust.Well the exhaust is restrictive and it slows you down, but the pullies and cold air equal it out. So you have a mid 13 second cobra. If the car has an S/C, then 400 hp is no problem. Roucsh cobra's, I don't "think" were produced. Roush did not complete the intallation of components(body, suspension, supercharger)on these cars, they just sold them to qualified dealers for installation.
