Whats up guys.
I was woundering if anyone can tell me what size injectors to use when pushing 525-575 rwhp. Any info is apprieciated.

How much fuel pressure will you be running through them?

I haven't researched the fuel part of my setup. First I was gonna build the motor with all the machine work then start lookin into the fuel. It's gonna be blown. Do you have any suggestions?

If you plan on keeping the factory EEC, then stick with 50's. You will have to run 60ish psi of fuel though (haven't done the math for an exact number). This means you should find out what your fuel pump flows at 60 psi, not the 40 they're rated at. Most pumps significantly reduce the amount of fuel they pump once fuel pressure is increased.

So what is the rest of your 525-575 RWHP combo?

Who is doing the heads? You're better off getting AFR 205's. It doesn't make sense to get some 185cc heads and pay someone to grind them out to 205cc when you can just buy a 205cc version: http://www.airflowresearch.com/fordtp.html

You're going to have to spin that S trim pretty hard to get 14psi out of it with that motor. Considered a Novi 2K or T trim?

I'd also like to add that you should probably be looking for a sportsman block or maybe even an A4 or R302 block for that combo.

but imagine the entertainment a stock block would provide! (to the spectator, of course, owner likely won't understand)

my $0.02, why stop at 327? For class rules or something? thump out the power with a 347!

Well I got the heads already awhile ago for a good price so I took them. Zinolas machine shop in Mountain View will be doing the work for $600.00 pritty good price. They did my friends whole motor and heads. They did a damn good job to. I forgot to mention that I'll have a power pipe on it. Hopefully that will make it easier on the charger.

Yeah it's gonna go to the engine builder again for a sportsman. Was trying to build some mild HP but now I'm just getting carried away wanting more HP. I like the 327 because it's not to common for someone to have this motor, Atleast i haven't seen many people with it.
What HP do you guys think it'll create.

Yep. They are only garenteed for 50,000 miles. I guess they don't come with longevity. Central Coast has a good 347 where they changed the structure of the pistons where they connect to the rods.
