So this JUST started on the freeway it shakes HARD around 75-80mph but starts around 40mph. It somewhat feels like something is either rubbing but it's coming from under near the front.

It can be a out of balance drive shaft or a front suspension bushings or maybe even a bearing

Your drive shaft might be loose.

Sorry for the noob question but if it were loose do I just tighten it with a socket N wrench or should I use my torque wrench? How much torque?

The correct way to do it is to torque it but I just do it "wrist tight" because the bolts are really small.

Got it fixed. My bolts on my driveshaft to the rearend were loose as fuck! Im suprised they didn't completely come off but my guess why I felt it shake in the front is because the driveshaft shook so bad that it was shaking my tranny too.

Yeah mine never stopped instead it got worse. Like it first started when I was going 90 then after it started going at ~65 then 40 N before I parked it in my driveway to fix it I started feeling lil shaky at like 25-30.

I'd take the tires in to be rebalanced, then drive it. If that doesn't fix it, have your driveshaft checked out at a driveline specialty shop

Check your engine mounts grab a buddy u get on the car put it on first nd while holding the brake let the clutch out nd see how much movenment engine has a bad engine mount will aloud wayy to much play.. Also don't forget a visual inspection if they rip/crack time for new ones.. As far driveshaft I'll say look up torque nd use locktie how ever u spell that lol but check tires to.
