i have the gt40 intake on my hci 93gt. How much more power can one expect to the weels on this intake swap? Im going in for a tune and dont want to have the gt40 holding back power. I have seen the 5.0 artical on intakes.

Power will drop off around 5500rpms with that GT40 so if you cam is really big I'm not sure if they will work well together.

the y303's will also hold you back
i did make 290rwhp thorugh a set of y303's, an e cam, and a holley intake, also thorugh a tko, those sap a little more power than a t5, would have been close to 300rwhp through a t5

the gt-40 may look better and i agree but the rpm 2 flows why better and at higher rpm's

the guy i purchaced the motor from did not know anything about it. im looking for close to 300rwh but dont want to fall short cuz of a intake swap.
