Help me out fellas, im lookin for a good off the shelf cam for my combo. Its a street car that will be set up for drifting. I would like it to pull hard at least to 6k
70mm tb 73mm maf 24# inj. 190 lph fuel pump Performer 5.0 intake no spacer 3.73 gears 308- bored .040 over, speed pro pistons w/ bigger valve reliefs Compression around 9.5/1 1.6 rr Performer 5.0 heads, dual valve springs (good to .600), 2.02/1.60 valves, un-ported, 5 angle valve job FRPP headers O/R x-pipe Magnaflow catback [ February 05, 2012, 06:16 PM: Message edited by: SydewayzStan ]

for about $100 more you can just get a custom cam for your set up...well worth it

I was gonna do that but i dont think it would be very beneficial to my setup considing i want it to pass smog still

hey Dan, will i be restricted on my cam choice with those speed pro pistons and the 2.02 valves on the heads?

yea i probably will i just wanted to see what off the shelf cams were lookin like, and im worried about ptv clearance with the bigger valves

You will leave some HP on the table going OTS cam but TFS2 is good it's range is 3.5k to 6k under that it's kinda a dog I'm running performer heads 2.02 valves 306 rpm2 intake tfe 2 cam
