I am having some electrical issues with my 92 notchback. i rceently converted the car from a 4 cylinder to a v8. Prior to the conversion, the car was having some issues that were originally thought to be fuel or electrical related. Since the full conversion, the problems continue. The wiring harness has been switched. the fuel pressure has been checked. the injectors and injector harness have been replaced. the spark plugs replaced twice. i have even changed the computer. the ignition has to be turned a couple times before it comes completely on. once on, the idle is weak and the engine makes a popping sound caused by a misfire. I believe it is something electrical. possibly something under the dash?? does anyone have some advice

maybe u have a harness that doesnt match the year car and you also mite have a aod 02 harness. i had that prob with my car the tps would read 5volts and act as you described. you can repin the 02 in car if needed

check ur timing it should be at 10 degrees base timing
