i wanted to get info on the correct size tire you can fit on the rear of my 1993 gt. I have sportline springs all around. Its 15x8 rim w/ 5.5 bs. I attempted to put a 275-60-15 but it wouldnt fit without cuting out the rear ground effect. What is the largest size i can put on in the rear without any cutting or would it be better to get different springs and put back the 275-60? Are the springs limiting my tire selection since they are a lower drop than others?

the 275/50/15s should fit. I have 285/35/18s on the back of my fox with a 18 x 9.5 rim and 6.4" bs. You will probably have to roll the fender lip some to keep the rubbing down on the corners. I had to.
