Im looking to get a supercharger and i just wanted to know which one is the best for performance and relibility and i thought you guys were the best to ask. Oh yeah is the x pipe on the saleen different from the x pipe on the stock gt should i keep it or just buy a bassani i was really happy with it on my old gt

Saleen uses a Roots style blower, like a eaton or the Kenne Bell...
The centrifugal style seems like the best bet, some year after I win the lottery, I'll but a nice vortech on my stang

Vortech is the most reliable supercharger I know of for Mustang's...
Your GT came with an H pipe not an X...Your Saleen should have high flow cats...If you're going to add a supercharger then the less restrictions you have in your exhaust the better...

I'd probably go with a vortech if it was me, the roots style blowers while adequate just don't scream enough on the top end like a centrifugal style can.

Get a Kenne Bell. It's a twin screw, über-effecient, and you don't have to wait for the boost to build.
KB's 8psi intercooled kit is good for 410rwhp with the right tune.
