Be careful because IIRC 3 times or more for the same problem your car becomes a lemon right? But check what pulleys are there get yourself a stethoscope find somewhere real quiet no ambient noises and play doctor

Only thing I've heard is my springs squeak pretty bad like stock suspension.
Our finance manager has a 13 Shelby, his sons each have a 13 5.0 and both of theirs make a clicking sound with the AC on but no squeak. Mine doesn't and the Shelby doesn't so I'm not sure why it is. Delete the sound tube and you won't have to hear it =) but ill ask service tomorrow when they open cause we have a few techs there with 5.0s as well

You hear the squeeking outside the car. Not inside unless you are next to something the bounces the noise.
And my noise does not change AC on or off.

And its not the springs or suspension. It does it when the car is not moving.

I had a squeak coming from my engine bay, granted it was in my earlier year model. Found out my tensioner was bad. Post a video if you can

So I went to pick up the car. They said there was nothing they could do. I asked them to start a new one so I can hear it. They said I'd have to talk to a salesman. I had one started and there was no squeek at all. I complained to them and they had a manager come out. I brought wd40 with me cause I was gonna give the AC a squirt. The manager suggested squirting the belt. Gave the belt a Lil squirt and the squeek went away.
So they had my car all day and couldn't find where the squeek was coming from. We found it in minuites.
What did they do to check the car? Trying to find the squeek and they don't even check the belt?
The manager than told me he is going to schedual me to have the belt replaced.
How can Ford not even wax a belt to see if it helps when they are diagnosing a car for a squeek? [ 2013-07-16, 07:15 PM: Message edited by: ItzStock ]

I was just about to say I bet it's the belt. The 5.0 engine has a tsb for the ac belt routing making noise so the techs at the dealership probably just checked that and then say said they can't find the problem.

Best thing you can do is remove the serpentine belt and start the car.Listen to see if you hear the squeaking you we're hearing. Also while the serpentine belt is off spin the pulleys by hand and see if there is any funny noises when spinning the pulleys..Good luck...
