I havent replaced it personally, but the previous owner said everything was replaced except fuel pump and O2 Sensors. Is there any way to test the IAC Valve or do I just replace it when my idle starts to surge really bad?

First step, do a KOER Self test! Stop guessing!

then look up the codes, or post them here!

after doing the test and researching the codes,my car needs both O2 sensors and an EGR valve.thanks again blind for answering damn near all my tech questions.you should have been a CaFords Moderator..

not necessarily need to replace the parts, codes showing a fault at all 3 like that could point to a vacuum leak, which would also explain your weird idle.
