i doubt that clip would make your fuel rail leak.make sure fuel line connections are pushed in all the way.if its leaking at the injectors where they go into fuel rail then it could be bad or not seated o- rings. they can b bought at any aouto parts store.

THANKS GUYS,there was no clip on where chrome fuel line goes into the rail at front of car on left as you face it, i got a clip from another car, the metal line was out so far i could see the o-rings, i pushed it in and attached the clip, seems to have stop, no leaks or smell of fuel, avoided a disaster this time. leaked so much fuel I had to pull out the hood insulation it was dripping with fuel.

no it isn't i believe it is held in place by the injectors being attached to it and then the injectors to the lower manifold. look at your stock fuel rail. on the left hand side as you face it you will see the fuel rail, there is an upper line and lower line, they both have a clip that holds the adjoining metal line to it, on mines the lower line was pulled away from the fitting, it missing the clip. replaced all is good so far.

oh i understand now. the way you worded it i thought you were seeing the o-rings on the injectors, not the o-rings on the chrome fuel line. glad you got it fixed
