if u keep tryin to seal it it will just keep leaking...
might as well get a new intake with the aluminum crossover...

I know there was a TSB about those take it to a ford dealer and ask them to replace it... I think the TSB was for year 98-99, but Im unsure

Its pretty common for that to happen. TSB 02-2-2 states if a crack in the intake manifold is present and coolant is leaking, install this updated intake manifold with aluminum coolant passages. It comes in a kit and isn't that hard to install. Don't worry, it wont add horsepower either.

ford made them with an aluminum crossover because when the intake was all plastic...the crossover would crack...since they have replaced it with an aluminum crossover which means it will not crack!
