here are the specs of a cam i found for this mild set up this is going on a stock block 302 gt40 ported heads 1.6 roller rockers springs changed gt40 ported intake full exhaust (shortie headers o\r h pipe borla catback) and other basic bolt ons and 125 nitrous Basic Operating RPM Range: 2,000-5,500 RPM Intake Duration 050 inch Lift: 214 Exhaust Duration 050 inch Lift: 220 Duration at 050 inch Lift: 214 int./220 exh. You shouldn't have any problems with that set up. A few years ago, I used a stock block 302 with GT 40 p heads and a e303 cam(220 duration, 498 lift) with 1.72 rockers which comes out to about 535 lift.

that looks like the crane 2031 cam. if it is, those lift numbers are with 1.7 rockers. either way, you will have plenty of clearance
