The problem is between the solenoid and switch. Follow that red/blue wire back inside the car to the clutch safety switch and check the connections there, it couls be a bad clutch interlock switch. After the clucth switch the wire turns into pinl/white, so follow that back up to the ignition switch and make sure everything is cool.
