Get a manual Oil pressure guage on there. If you really do have low oil pressure.....there's only one thing that causes that. The main bearings are going south.
If you actually do have good oil pressure on the manual guage, get a new sending unit.

there are tons of reasons for low oil pressure other than worn main bearings,
it can include: worn rod bearings/journals, crank journals, the oil pump itself (whether clogged, it's tolerances out of spec, or it's pressure regulator) low oil and as mentioned a faulty sender

its 10-40 my car has 145,000 miles but sometimes the oil pressure is fine and sometimes its not which also kind of makes me think that its a sensor and not a actual mechanical problem so how much are those things and where can i get one...??

the "classic" worn engine (mains, crank and journals, rod/etc) low pressure cycle goes like this:
cold start/idle: oil pressure excellent hot idle: oil pressure low to poor (even zero) cruise (1800+ rpms): oil pressure excellent
a mechanical oil pressure gauge from autometer is under $40 I think, you can find a little cheaper gauge probably at auto parts stores.
