which is better? how hard is it to do a converison? and what are the true benifits? more hp, how much dose it cost?

If your gonna Mod your engne, especially if u run a cam. U need to run the Mass Air for Drivability reasons. So Mass Air is a must with a H/C/I car....

the conversion is a ecu and 4 wires.2 of witch dont even leave the engine compartment.

stock for stock, speed density has the upper hand in terms of power. now when you start throwing mods at the car, depending on the kind of cams especially, you're most likely going to want to switch over to mass-air. don't get me wrong, there are plenty of mustang enthusiasts who swear by the potential of speed density and are making just as much power as mass air vehicles... good luck.
