I just had my 2002 Mustang tuned at apex.. for a supercharger.. well this weekend I was driving my car and it was running like crap very rich.. I found out that my alternater was hitting my hood causing an arc to happen.. I fixed the problem but now my car seems to run weird a part throttle.. could I have messed with my chip with it arking.. I checked the plugs they look fine..

Isn't the hood fiberglass?
How's that going to arc?
