what kind of shocks should i get? like what drag shocks are best? i could care less about bumpyness or whatever. i can get used to it. and they are going along with bbk specific rate springs that have been a little "modified"

Koni's hands down are the best but if you need something cheaper lakewoods are great for drag racing. Also Tokico's are good but run just under the Koni's in price. If I was you I would get the Koni's or Tokico's, It lets you adjust them to what you want.

I agree David. I love my Bilstiens but for the 1/4 I'd say adjustable Koni or Tokico's.

IF you are using the BBK specific rate springs then I would go with the Drag~Tokico's....
BBK specific rate springs are not the best for drag racing...Depending on how serious you are about drag racing, you might want to consider a better suited spring..
Struts/shocks are calibrated to certain spring rates...Its best to use compatable struts/shock and springs..

i know that they rnt the best for drag racing, but mi not buliding a total race car here. that lifted look of mustangs with full drag suspension is something i wanted to avoid at all costs. if it means a couple tenths, then oh well but thanks for the info everyone
