HAVE A FOX WITH A 96 GT REAR ON IT WHAT MODS. WILL I NEED TO DO TO MAKE A 18X10 BULLITT W/A 275 TIRE FIT...? THANX GUYS

you'll need shorter axles and caliper brackets to bring the rear width back to stock fox length, then get wheels that have the right backspacing to fit.
if you just want to run 275's, get 9" wheels, 10" wheels should have 285's at a minimum.
