will 98 cobra caliper and rotors fit a 99-04 mustang

I think if its just the caliper it might fit...not sure though...i know the rotors are 13" which would need an adapter piece...maybe check the stock caliper and then check the cobra caliper...arent cobra calipers dual piston?

No, they will not fit. You need the locating brackets for the axle as well.
