My battery guage is fluctuating in my car. I have a new battery and my alternate has never acted up before. I was wondering if there is a way to fix the battery guage or I need to get a new alternator. Please any suggestions or comments.

If you are not sure it is the alternator or the gauge then I would have your charging system tested.
