Kenne Bell is smog legal. I would get one of those if you are looking for a positive displacement blower.

it seems that most blowers are legal.but i notice when the boost level is high they are not smog legal.buut then it depends on set up

icic, anyone know if the svo blowers are smog legal? i know the kb's are probably better, but these can be found really cheap nowadays. and i figure that an svo @9lbs. with water injection on some p&p npi heads would be a mean setup.

SVO blower is not steet legal. I had one and sold it because of that reason.
