Ok im installing 3.73s in a couple of weeks in my 92 GT. My question is how to correct the speedometer. I know i need a new speedo gear but which one, where can i get it, and how do i put it in.

ok, from 90-95 T5's used an 8-tooth drive gear...The correct speedo gear for an 8-tooth with 3.27's is a 21-tooth speedo gear...Since you are getting 3.73's you'll need a 23tooth gear to be close to being calibrated...The only problem is that the 23tooth gear lasts about a month before all the teeth brake...

if you dont know hwo to install gears i wouldnt try. i did on my 91 mustang and i didnt do it right. they worked but when i would coast in gear they would whine bad and when i would down shift they would bind up a little.
