need to know if stock converters are marked with ford numbers and/or emblem. I bought a tranny and came with converter but not sure if stock please help.

Stock ones are usually plain and aftermarket ones are usually black. If its aftermarket, it should have a number stamped on the backside. Unfortunately that means pulling the convertor out to see what that number is.
