I need to pull some of my valve springs to check valve guide wear and was wondering if anyone had a valve spring compressor that I could borrow/rent?
I know that you can get the keepers out by putting a socket on the spring and smacking it with a hammer but I would need the tool to put everything back together.
Anyone have one that they'd be willing to lend or rent?? I'm in San Jose. Thanks!
Sean.

Thanks for the reply Shade. Don't worry about it. I stopped off at Sears on the way home and got one for $14. Small enough price to pay to get the job done. Thanks anyway. I appreciate it!
