not much of a gain, except for some of the lincoln stuff (there is a factory 80mm lincoln maf) (still looking for one)
but they are calibrated for 19#'ers, not exactly high performance. The money you spend tweec'ing the car to adjust for it might not be worth it.
PRO-M's are available in 19/24/30/36 for under $200, just an example.

The 80mm lincoln MAF needs to be sent to Pro-M to be calibrated for use on 'stangs. I hear its one of the most accurage MAF's Ford ever made though.
