so the other day my fuel pump fuse blew out. i figured the pump was on its way out, so i replaced it with a 190lph BBK pump. repelaced the fuse and she fired up and ran perfectly. about 10 miles later the fuse blows again. luckily i had an extra to get me home. what would all of a sudden happen that would make the fuse blow.?

Fuses blow because of grounding out. You my friend have a loose power wire some where on that circuit and it keeps grounding out. I would check the trunk where the grommet is

if the CCRM was bad, the fuel pump wouldnt work period. correct?
