When I bought my car, it had a SPEC clutch in it, still does, seems pretty cool.

How much power are you making? If you're not making a ton (no offense), go with something like a King Cobra or similar Ram/Centerforce/etc to keep daily driving from being a hassle like it can be with a stiff pedal or metal clutch plate.

Spec stage 3 worked well for me and my brother. I made 30 passes and put probably 20k miles on one and it looked brand new when I put in the auto.

ive seen this same type of post about 5-6 times its personal prefrence just cause it worked for me and my setup dont mean your going to like it just my 02

To answer your open ended question as to what the best clutch for a 94 is, I would say a Tilton multi disk clutch or a AP racing multi disk carbon clutch with a titanium pressure plate would be the best clutch in the world. The best bolt on clutch for a 94 mustang would probably be the Mcleod twin disc unit. The price for the Mcloed clutch would set you back a "cool"$1000

Lol, that clutch would kill that flywheel, he just has exhaust , no serious power, stock from intake to oil pan, jus shorty headers and off road x pipe, so like 225 to the rear.
