Well my 90 notch-back recently started idling high at about 1,400 rpm just over night it used idle normal at about 800 rpm ,oh yeah it's a 5-speed. does anybody know what it might be ?

Try disconnecting your battery for about 10 minutes. This should allow the computer to reset itself to it's original settings.

Adjust the Idle adjustment screw
Adjust your TPS
Clean your IACV, MAF, etc etc etc.........
