Ok, i had my NX kit hooked up and working about 2 months ago. It worked for the first 2 bottles. then i didnt use it for about a month. Just last night i had my bottle filled and went to use the nitrous but it didnt work. So my friend said that my FPSS doesn't do anything and that i didnt need it. So he bypassed the FPSS by putting both wires on one side of it. I went out and tested the kit and it worked. I put my spare tire and such back in my car from last night because i had it out for a weight advantage, i went out to test it again, it didnt work.... I dont understand. i didnt change or touch anything. What could it be? I was thinking either my WOT switch could have went bad or my Window Switch could have went bad. I checked all of the wiring and everything looks good. I'm just frustrated....
Cliff Notes: NX kit not working. What could it be? WOT Switch, Window Switch, Solenoids? Thanks...

Well first things first. The fuel pressure safety switch is there for a reason. A lot of kits don't come with them but basically what this switch does is moniter fuel pressure. If pressure isn't 35 psi or so it will not open and the nitrous will not turn on. You can run without it but if your fuel system goes bad and the Nos comes on it might be horrific. What you'll need to do is just go through all the switches one by one. WOT switch, trigger switches, activation switches and the fuel pressure safety switch. Grab your multi-meter. If all this fails look to the nitrous feed line for kinks somewhere.

Sounds to me like a wiring problem

You'll basically want to set up the multi-meter to test continuity. There should be a selection on the meter in the Ohm's area for this. Most modern meters make a beep noise when you hold the two leads together when set on the proper selection. Once this happens go to each switch. Put one lead on one wire and the other lead on the other wire. You will have one wire running into the switch and one wire running out. At this point activate the switch and you should here the multi-meter beep indicating that there is a connection through the switch. The fuel pressure one you'll have to have the car running for as the switch isn't manually closed but closed based on fuel pressure. Also the relay which is inline to the fuel pressure safety switch will have to be hot or energized. It's not rocket science but a general understanding of electronics will be needed.

Thanks very much everyone for your input..... I was checking the wiring again and i didnt want to have to go back in to the passenger side kick panel to check the wire for the window switch but i figured if any wire was bad it would be the hardest to get to. So i checked that wire and found out that the connection was bad. I used an inline connector to get power from pin number 104 from the ecu. and connected the white wire from the ECU to the inline connector as well, but i used to big of an inline connector. So i bought the right size inline connector and it works just fine now. I also reconnected my FPSS. Thanks again....
