Every once in a while, for absolutely no reason at all, my wipers will just suddenly swipe the windshiled, even though it is in the off position. Why does it do this and how do I fix it??

Check it out, I heard the same problem was a recall on 94+ Mustangs...
...Sounds just like the wiper switch itself..

Yeah my friend has the same problem on his 99...the wiper switch fixed the problem
