should i use 10-30 synthetic in my 90k motor? i have 5-30 mobil 1 in it right now but i wasnt sure if i should up it to 10-30 yet?...whats a good filter anyways? i put in that K&N filter with the nut on it...any other recommendations for an oil filter?...thanks in advance...

i think i will be going with amsoil myself since knowone has mentionted rogal purple ![[Confused]](confused.gif) and thats what i used ![[Frown]](frown.gif)

i switched from synthetic to blend to regular to synthetic back to regular on my 120k 5.0 that has seen water in the oil, metal shavings, running lean on the bottle, making 400rwhp on a 95 lph pump, and now has a blower. oil is oil
