Good Lookin on the responses I think that I will go with the pro 5.0. That is what some of my boys are telling me as well.

I would go with the Tri Ax. I have the hurs shifter, and I dont miss gears. It has only happened like 3 times in the past three years.

hey dude your boys are on top of it. my boy dont even know how to change his oil let alone recomend a shifter.

AFAIK, no big difference
The steeda has 2 adjustment places, which is nice. I always ended up leaving it in the shortest throw one though.
I really liked how the tri-ax/T5 combo shifted vs the pro5.0/tremec 3550, but that has more to do with the trannies themselves than the shifter.
I'm also looking for a shifter for my T5... I've been told there is a minimal difference beteen the two, except that the Tri-ax has the shorter adjustable shifter... So I'm going w/ the Tri-ax!
