But, it's going to peak a little lower then the other cam & because your car is a pig you're going to have to make a few modifications.
Here's your choices:
1. Get rid of the RPM upper & get a performer.
or....
2. Keep the RPM & get 4.10 gears.

Also, a 70MM TB is a bit big for the setup/weight.....a 65MM will be fine.
One more thing....this is not a good turbo cam for later on. Good SC cam though!

I am sending it back, and getting the original one. It should be here by thursday at the latest. I don't want to change anyhthing anymore. It has been too long of a wait already. I don't want to have to go through the run around with wynnespeed again. Which cam would make more power though?

Both cams will make impressive power. The Ed style cam will make more torque & the other will make more HP. AVG power will be very similar. The powerbands will be within 200rpm of each other.

The lobe on that 224 is the same lobe on the other cam...just in a Ford form, not Small-block chevy so it's 4 degrees smaller.

Whatever you want dude. You bring it to me, I'll install it.

Go smoke that B cam.
Better yet, throw it in your setup & see what happens.

I am gonna see if it is too late to cancel the other cam, or when exaclty it will get here. Wouldn't more torque be good for my pig? Also I plan on sticking with the 70 mm and RPM, I might just have to get a super charger later [Wink]
