Yep, E7's, GT40's, GT40P's all use pedestal mount rockers. Since you're using a mild hydraulic roller cam, you don't really need the adjustability of a stud mount rocker.

Crane Cams does have a retrofit kit that will allow you to run stud mount rockers on pedestal heads, but really, unless you've got a crazy lift cam or using a solid lifter cam, the pedestals work fine.

stud mount for me is the mens rocker, but really like they said unless your goin kinda extreme, the pedestal set up is fine. you seen the lil bolt on a ped set up , and then look at 3/8s stud . all your and your buddys have beatin the crap and outta these cars , and not one broke, so dont trip about pedestal set up. but when u get to a real good head there all stud set up.

The only thing that ever goes bad is when someone attempts to shim a rocker too much due to improper pushrods or the infamous 1.7 Cobra rockers failing at the tips. There is more rocker deflection in a 3/8" stud then there is with a Ped mount setup.

There really isn't a debate. Those who know how to measure for pushrod length will use a ped mount setup anytime. Those who don't, well...stud mount will work just fine. [Smile]

dang I beat a ton of people with mens rockers with my pedistals lol. Like john said if you set them up right they are a bolt down and forget about them rocker. I even ran after market Comp springs with mine for a XE cam no problems.
