Topic: What is needed 2 install Tko 500 into a fox

When you upgrade to a tko 500 ,you also have the option to upgrade to 10 spline input right..and 26 output...but what exactly to you have to swap or upgrade in order to run that tranny

It would be wise to change the complete clutch and flywheel setup but at the bare minimum you would just need to change the clutch disk.

If my boy bought the tko500 with the 10 spline input and the 26 output...would the clutch and flyweel from his fox work...then , upgrade the drive shaft??

If it's the 10 spline input shaft the clutch he has will work from his fox be I would recomend upgrading is clutch and I believe that the output is also stock spec

Does this mean the stock output on a fox is a 26spline?and I can run this tranny with my 5.0 spec clutch and stock driveshaft...I was under the impression that the yoke on the driveshaft would have to be upgraded

I changed the yoke on my stock drive shaft and had it balanced
