So Im parting out an 04 Cobra right now and Im wondering is the irs a bolt in swap to a fox and I also want to know if the t56 is a direct swap.
My plans if I decide to go this route: Fox coupe 04 Cobra irs 26 spl t56 w/rps clutch and fly 04 Cobra seats w/charcoal inserts 04 Cobra front brakes
havent decided on engine yet just wanna know if its a bolt in swap for the above parts.

it's all basically bolt in, the irs is quite a bit wider though, should probably pickup s197 offset wheels so they tuck better.
have to drill a few holes to mount the cradle brackets, and make a new brake line setup for the rear brakes, and need SVO e-brake cables.

Won't his wheels in the rear be sticking out some though even with the S197 offset wheels?

nope.
96+ spindles, 99+ SRA (same track as 99+ IRS afaik)
those are stock s197 wheels, 17x8's I'm pretty sure.

Yup, 99+ IRS is the same track width as a 99+ SRA.
