ok so im replacing the timing belt on a 92 4 banger, it has the crank sensor instead of a distributor, and im kinda stuck on how to get the new belt on, the other one was partialy torn so i just cut it, but now i need to figure out how to get it around the crank pulley. i tried unbolting the crank sensor but i think its a press fit. any suggetsions

the easyest way is to remove the crank pulley

ive got the crankshaft pulley off (the one for the serp. belt), now i think i need to get the part that pulley attatches too. will it come off with just a crank puller

Yes. You will need to pull the counterweight off to remove the belt. (Looks like a small balancer).
