What problems have you run into with this cam in your 95 5.0L? What valve springs and rockers are you running?

I had an E cam in My old engine in My 92 notch. Had the stock AFR spring's in it at the time and it ran fine. Not worth the time and energy of installing it unless You are doing it to have a cool sounding idle IMHO. Spend Your money on some head's!!!

Yeah let me know if it runs good. I am going to get some springs and maybe some 1.7 rockers before i stinall my E-Cam

if you have an E ide stick with 1.6's...
B cam with 1.7's is a good combo as well....
