wanted to get other peoples opinion on whats the right fluid type to go with...i've heard that 85W90 was good..and i use Royal purple for everything....what u guys/girls think??? thanks

75W90/GL5 just make sure you add the limited slip additive/friction modifier...

I use the Redline, it already has the additive as well for limited slip diffs.

yeah i know redline is good too, but does the additive really work..???

I used it in mine when we installed the Griggs and TA cover. Works great.

What are you asking???
The "limited slip additive" that you generally install, is already in the Redline fluid, atleast the fluid I used. Verify on the back of the bottle for yourself.

No, a engine with nutz makes them spin.
The additive is there to ensure the clutches do not stick together. You don't want them to stick, it burns them up. You want a Posi, buy one. That's not the function of a Limited Slip. Look at installing a Auburn or Eaton.

well i know that a car with balls is gonna roast the damn tires off, but im clueless on exactly what does what in rear ends, just asking quesstions....thanks for everyones help...
