Hey everyone. Just recently, two of the four cats in my h pipe clogged up. They're so badly clogged that it causes my car to die sometimes and is making my car very slow. But the problem is I don't have enough money to purchase an x pipe with high flow cats right now. So I was wondering if anyone could cut them out for me or knows a shop that can do it. I will gladly pay for the labor. Every exhaust shop I've gone to won't do it for under the table pay. There's got to be someone who's bold enough to do this. Thanks.

If your cats are pluged up then you can only remove or replace them... there is no way to clean them out with any aditive.

Drop the pipe and use some pipe to knock the insides out of the cats. It will take time, but that is the way cheap fix. You may have to custom bend the pipes some to get them to reach in.

Either that or buy a used H-pipe off of this site. You should be able to pick one up for $40 or less.

I would gut them, but I don't have the tools or lift to do so. There's gotta be a place that'll do it for me.
