ok. my friend has a v6 1997 with a stereo with no cd player in it. i got a 1998 v6 that has the stock cd player. Will the 1997 have those wires for the cd player like the 1998?? pls let me know guys.eddie

As long as it came with the facotry amp. If not, no...it will not.

Hey John it does have that amp on the bottom but it does not have those extra wires for the cd player in the 1997. do i need to take those wires out from the 1998 and connect them in the 1997. let me get something right., where is the amp located?is it when you take out the stereo and it stiing like on the body??let me know. im doing this right now as we speak. thanks eddie
