I wanna change the valve springs on my AFR 185's. How do I do this with the heads bolted to the block?

You need an air compressor with a fitting that will screw into the spark plug hole, and a valve spring compressor tool. Pump 100psi into the cylinder then use the spring compressor to remove the valve locks.
