2000 GT about 1k on new engine with comp cams stage 1 cams.

Engines dies upon deceleration, and at idle most of the time. Occasional RPM surge.

Drivability: Surging while driving 35-65 MPH while at steady throttle or slight throttle.

NO issues at WOT. Runs perfect.

Checked for vacuum leaks and found egr vavle was bad. Replaced it along IAC.

No improvement. No codes either.

Your fox idle vid sounded like a stock cam tho.

To op: Don't you need to tune newer cars when you do mods like that?

Whatever the case, mine had the same exact issues while it was running on speed density. It sounds like he needs a tune or try another maf sensor. Swap it with a buddy's car see if it cleans up any

It was a tuning issue. RPM in Angels Camp did a datalog and made some adjustments before putting it on the hr dyno. Car was running lean.
