That's exactly what I don't want.I'm running a 4 cylinder so I don't want it to stiff.might go with 150lbs but still researching before I make my purchase. Thanks for the input.

Team z has many good options. I went with the 12" 150lb. The 14's would come up to far and cause the rear to unload. With the 12, the car wants to hook much better

12" is the way to go, I would try 150 if you are very light car, my car only weighs 2700lbs but has a 40lb turbo up front so I went with a 175lb since I had so much weight on the front end from all the turbo stuff, Dave from TeamZ has had problems with 14" springs with strange struts but I don't if there would be any difference with lakewoods, I found that on corral a few years ago when I was getting my springs.

Yeah.. I bought the 14-175 for the procharger.. But now that I don't have it on the car right now. the 175 is just to stiff.. Like driving around on a road race spring. I was going to go 150 tell i get around to putting it back on the car.

thats what i would use. and lee is right, dave from Team Z motorsports has done a lot of testing. the 12" 150Lb has worked the best for him. If you do some research, you will find other instances where he has suggested different rates depending on the car, but if you plan on making it as light as possible, i would go with 12" 150 lb.

I love my team z suspension set up.

Now if i could find some wheels to mount some decent rubber
