I have a 89 foxbody. It has a cobra intake, ported and polished aluminum gt40x heads, e303 cam,and full bolt ons. Engine has about 5000 miles. What oil should I use and what spark plugs should I use and gap size? Car already has new msd wires, coil and distribuator. Previous owner said he was running synthetic blend oil. Thanks

Ok, what about spark plugs? Can I use oem equivalents or would I need to go maybe one step colder?

Edit: I missed the gt40 head I was referring to e7 head Copper Autolite 3924 is the correct plug as already stated [ 2014-04-26, 05:42 PM: Message edited by: Saleen 00-0768 ]

Autolite copper 3924's, and i usually use some castrol gtx from walmart. I would start using synthetic, mobil 1 is always a good choice especially with only 5000 miles. I think walmart has the gallon for 36 dollars and use a f1A motorcraft oil filter, or the matching mobil 1 oil filter. [ 2014-04-26, 04:57 PM: Message edited by: SLOW95GTS ]
