Any body has a guide to do timing on a 98 cobra. Need to find out how to align the gears with chain, my chain does not have the copper colored links for the primary chains. It would be allot more helpful if there was pictures involved. Thanks

Yea I'm still here. The block is in the process of getting a strocker rotating assembly at this time but I'll be in touch as soon as I get it back from the machine shop I'll get in touch with you. Maybe you can pm me ur contact info, that would b great

You will need the special tools to stick in the back of the cams to line them up. Also the copper links are never visible. Hold the chains up and pull them tight and color the last links with paint pen. These are your new copper links. I always install the followers prior to installing the cams too. It allows for proper torque loading of the caps without the load of the valve terrain on em
