Topic: best cam for my set up?

I've done e 303 rpm intake upper and lower gt40s 1.7's and it was decent. I now got cobraa upper lower gt40's new springs valves etc. Etc. Lifters harden rods 4.10's what would you guys say for a good cam? E cam again? B? F?

I want.the.cobra intake. As far as the tfs1 cam. Its smogable correct? Carb legal?
